Traditionally used by experienced chefs, the Kiritsuke features a pronounced heel and squared tip, making it well-suited to slicing and carving meat or preparing large pieces of fish.  Measuring 24cm, this larger blade offers excellent control and cutting performance. It features a decorative layered pattern inspired by traditional Damascus styling and is finished with a light olive wood handle for a comfortable, durable grip.
